THE FOUNDER – TG VENKATESH
The dynamic and versatile Mr T G Venkatesh heads the TGV Group. With an entrepreneurial career spanning three-decades, he has focused his knowledge on innovation and setting benchmarks. A shining example of his futuristic mind is the pioneering of the Bipolar Membrane Cell Technology in the manufacture of Caustic Soda and allied products in India.
Most comfortable as a philanthropist, T G Venkatesh has established a host of educational institutions. He is closely associated with national programs for well-being such as immunizations, eye camps, family planning initiatives and more. To safeguard the health of his employees, he has instituted a unique ‘no-smoking and no-alcohol allowances that is issued to the wife/parent of each of those who desist from indulging in the hazardous activity.
As a member of the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly he has been instrumental for numerous social initiatives. He was honoured as the Jaycees Man of the Year for his invaluable contribution to social welfare.
He is also recipient of The Best Entrepreneur Award, FICCI Award, Industrial Promotion Award, Kinnera Award, Vijayshree Award, Udyogshree Award, Rajiv Ratna Award and scores of others. The Best Sales Tax payer Award stands testimony to his commitment as a responsible Indian citizen.

A new age visionary with a post graduate degree in Business Administration from Cardiff University, UK, T G Bharath carries forward the TGV discipline with a deep sense of values.
As the Chairman and Managing Director of Sree Rayalaseema Hi-strength Hypo Ltd. TGV Projects and Investments Pvt. Ltd., and Brilliant Securities Ltd., he has garnered respect from the highest echelons in a short ten years.
A plethora of expansions, strategic alliances and turnover maximization initiatives have been steered under his direction. He is open to new technologies and shares his father Mr Venkatesh’s eye for innovation and value-addition.
